I ordered a few things from artofbeauty.com, and while the products themselves were fine, the packaging really wasn’t great.

The box showed up a little crushed, and one of the items was just loose inside with barely any padding. Thankfully nothing was completely broken, but it definitely didn’t feel packed with much care.

For the price, I expected better. If you’re ordering anything fragile, save your time and maybe think twice unless they improve how they pack their orders

Pretty good overall for the price. Like I said, you’re getting decent value for what you pay, and like I said, it’s mostly worth the money

The shade range was disappointing. I kept looking for a match and just couldn’t find one that worked for me. There really aren’t enough shades, and the options that are there feel way too limited. I wanted to like it, but the lack of shades was the main issue for me.

I tried browsing artofbeauty.com and, to be fair, it looks nice enough at first glance. Unfortunately, actually using it was a different story. The pages loaded slowly, the menu felt a bit clunky, and finding basic things took way more clicks than it should have. On my phone, it was even more frustrating because some parts didn’t line up properly. It’s impressive how a site can look that polished and still make me give up before placing an order.

I’m not totally sure how to feel about this. The ingredients make me a bit uneasy, and something about it just feels off to me. I wouldn’t say it’s completely unsafe, but I’m not fully comfortable using it either

I ordered what was supposed to be a soft pink, and when it showed up I thought they sent the wrong thing because it was this weird orange-ish shade instead. Like, not even close to the photos on the site. I kept checking the listing thinking maybe I missed something, but nope, the pictures made it look totally different. Disappointing, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I ordered around 4 or 5 nail colors from Art of Beauty, and for the most part everything was right. The shades looked about the same as what I picked online, and everything showed up in good shape with no leaks or broken bottles.

The only issue was that one polish came in the wrong finish. I ordered glossy and ended up getting matte, which wasn’t a huge disaster but was still kind of annoying. Shipping took roughly a few days, nothing crazy. I’d probably order again, but I’d definitely check the items carefully when they arrive

I had to return one item, and the refund came back quickly, so no real drama there. The whole thing was simple enough, which I appreciated

I can’t remember if I ordered on a Monday or Tuesday, but the tracking updated normally and everything showed up in good shape. I’m giving 4 stars because it did take a bit longer to actually ship out than I was hoping, but once it was moving, it got to me fast. Overall, a good experience.
